Dr. Eddie Tapia
Dr. Eddie Tapia went to San Francisco State University, where he majored in Biology and a minor in Chemistry.
During his time as an undergrad, he volunteered in dental clinics, and had internships in the Bay Area, and in Minneapolis. After graduating, he attended San Francisco State post-baccalaureate for his pre-health certificate.
Dr. Tapia worked in various positions within the dental office before attending dental school. He was a sterile technician, front desk receptionist, and assistant just to name a few.
He attended dental school at the accelerated dental school program A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. There, he was the leader of the Mexico mission trips. He organized and planned mission trips to help those in Mexico with free dental work. He has a passion for helping people, and bringing back their smiles, as this comes from a place of understanding. As a first-generation American, he understands the difficulty of obtaining quality dental care, and he hopes to be the one to offer you the best care possible.
